Order Related

Do you have a display?
Yes we do. We have around 150m² of external displays for Indian Sandstone , Limestone and also Portuguese and Italian Porcelain.

Do you accept deposits?

Unfortunately, at present we are unable to accept deposits, although if you are fully decided on the style you want and have purchased them, we can store your order for you until such times as you need them.

I only need a few square metres, do you split packs?

Yes we do. Obviously, the most economical option is our Project Packs but we can sell you any amount you want in various sizes. The single sizes are priced higher due to displaying, inventory, etc.

When should I order my stone?

We strongly recommend ordering as soon as it is in stock and to have it delivered at least 2 or 3 days before you need it. We will not accept liability for standing labour if your delivery arrives late.

Can I pay Cash On Delivery?

No, payment will need to be made with all orders either in person or over the phone before leaving the premises unless you hold a trade account.

Yes we do. Delivery charges start from £15 depending on location. Please call to check your delivery area.

Can you put the delivery on my driveway?

That depends; if delivery happens when your contractors are on site and surfaces allow, it may be possible. Any other arrangement other than kerbside is between you and the driver.

I don’t need my stone for a few weeks, do I have to take delivery now?

That's fine. As long as it's paid for, we can hold on to your order until you need it delivered. Please give us as much notice as possible for delivery but at least 48 hours.

Requests made less than 48 hours before delivery cannot be guaranteed.

What time will my delivery arrive?

Unless previously arranged, your delivery could arrive anytime between 9.30am and 4pm, unfortunately we cannot give an exact time.

Can I collect my order?

Of Course! There will always be a member of staff on hand to help too. If your order needs to be made up then we would suggest calling a few days before to place the order. This will allow us time to get it ready for you.

If your order has previously been marked for delivery then a refund/credit will be issued for the delivery charge.

Laying Information

Do you provide a laying plan?

Yes we do. You can access them HERE

Do I need to seal my paving?

We would always advise that you seal your paving, whether it’s Natural Stone or Porcelain, although it is not necessary in most cases. Surrounding greenery and compass direction of your paving can effect the NEED to seal it.
